1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Deenclips application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Halal Focus & Islamic Community Guidelines

Deenclips is dedicated to spreading authentic Islamic knowledge, Quranic reflections, and Sahih Hadiths. All users are expected to uphold Islamic adab (good etiquette):

• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any comment containing profanity, sectarian division, harassment, hate speech, or defamatory attacks is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent blocking.
• Authenticity & Islamic Integrity: Fabricated hadiths, unverified claims, or misleading information about Islam are not permitted.
• Respectful Comments: Users are encouraged to share beneficial reminders, send Salawat upon the Prophet ﷺ, and make sincere Duas.

3. Content Reporting & UGC Moderation

In compliance with Google Play User Generated Content (UGC) safety requirements, users have access to an in-app reporting tool (flag icon on comments) to report inappropriate or abusive content. Our moderation team reviews reported items promptly and takes strict action against offending accounts.

4. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

The Deenclips name, logo, source code, and design are proprietary. Short educational Islamic clips and recitations retain attribution to their respective original scholars, reciters, and creators.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or engages in behavior detrimental to the community.
